Hoo Roo Creek Australian Shiraz - more on its way

We're excited about the fact that our sales volume of Hoo Roo Creek Shiraz is increasing to 1,000 cases per year over the next little while. Ontario Restaurants are discovering that this wine is not only exclusive (not in stores), it's drop dead beautiful!

Tasting Notes:

Deep red colour with the Big red fruit nose of the Australian Shiraz greet the drinker on pouring this wine. More beautifully balanced and complex than most Aussie Shiraz with well-hidden tannins and lovely fruit complexity. This example of the Australian Shiraz is full of lovely red fruit flavours with raspberry, blackberry and a touch of spice  and a long lasting flavorful finish. For this quality priced well below comparable products, a real show stopper of a wines.

  1. Hugh,

This is a big wine. I had it in a restaurant north of Toronto recently. Can you tell me what kind of winemaking style the winery uses? I heard they are connected with a French winery, so perhaps that's one reason why it's so good.
